Plans differ mainly in how many clients and team members you have. The Risk Center, reminders, document chasing and the audit trail are on every plan; the pricing page lists the few team features that start on Professional or Business.
The trial
- 30 days, no card required.
- Every feature, with your own clients and your own real deadlines.
- Nothing is charged or deleted when it ends. Until you choose a plan, FilingKeeper is read-only: everything stays visible, but nothing can be changed and reminders and client chases pause.
- A banner counts down the last 7 days, so the end never arrives unannounced.

Checkout
Payment is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles UK VAT. FilingKeeper never sees or stores your card details.
Change plan whenever you need
Move up or down from the same screen as your client count changes. The workflow is identical on every plan.
Invoices, refunds and cancelling
- Invoices and payment details are in the customer portal, linked from Billing.
- Cancel any time from the same portal. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds follow the published refund policy.
Cancelling stops billing. It does not delete your data — email support if you want your practice removed entirely.
