Plans differ only in how many clients you track. Every feature is on every plan — you never lose the audit trail or the Risk Center by being on a smaller plan.

Checkout
Payment is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also handles UK VAT. FilingKeeper never sees or stores your card details.
Change plan whenever you need
Move up or down from the same screen as your client count changes. The workflow is identical on every plan.
Invoices, refunds and cancelling
- Invoices and payment details are in the customer portal, linked from Billing.
- Cancel any time from the same portal. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds follow the published refund policy.
Cancelling stops billing. It does not delete your data — email support if you want your practice removed entirely.
