Cookie policy

The short version

FilingKeeper uses one strictly necessary cookie, set only when you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies, so we do not show a cookie banner.

The cookie we set

• filingkeeper_token — keeps you signed in to your account. It is HTTP-only (not readable by scripts), sent securely, and expires after 24 hours or when you sign out.

Analytics — without cookies

We measure how the site is used with privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog), configured so it stores no cookies and no data in your browser between visits. It records anonymous page views only, which is why we still don't need a cookie banner. We also use error monitoring (Sentry) to diagnose crashes; it sets no cookies either.

Payments

If you purchase a plan, the checkout is provided by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may set its own strictly necessary cookies during checkout under its own cookie policy.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookie will prevent you from staying signed in to FilingKeeper.
