Companies House Annual Accounts
• Subsequent years: 9 months after the end of the financial year (Accounting Reference Date).
• First accounts: 21 months from the date of incorporation, or 3 months from the ARD (whichever is later).
HMRC Corporation Tax (CT600 & Payment)
• Tax Payment: Exactly 9 months and 1 day after the accounting period end (due before the tax return).
• CT600 Return: Exactly 12 months after the accounting period end.
